Oil mill
A stretch of olive trees that captures your eye and inspires intense sensations. There are many Istrian varieties to try: Buža, Rošinjola, Karbonaca, Istarska Bjelica and Žižolera. It’s not easy to choose: loving them all is definitely easier.
- Free tastings at the Grubić Olive Mill.
- Tasting hours: from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday, from 10:00 to 4:00 PM.
- Tasting period: May, June, September.
